I see your problem already. In the screenshot there is a box. Above it it says something about "if you have previously uploaded an album blah blah blah"
OK the trick to getting the uploads to work is that you have to make sure every single last thing is filled out, checked, and marked in all of the boxes. If for some reason it still doesn't work after you've made 100% sure, you really need to talk to Jake and let him know. I suggest...as much as this is a a bit of a long wait. I suggest you message him on Wednesday.
Let me know though if it still doesn't work, I'll be sure to let him know before that, but message him again anyway on Wednesday if there is no change. I'm sorry for it being so complicated but it gets easier after the first time.

No it's not supposed to be...try logging out of the site and then back in and see what happens. If it is still doing this for you take a screenshot and upload it at sendspace or something and then give me the link, I'll take a look at it.
